At Affinity, our multidisciplinary team is committed to supporting schools, daycares, and community organizations (e.g., summer camps, sports clubs), in creating and maintaining inclusive environments that cater to the diverse needs of children and families. We recognize that inclusive practices not only benefit children with neurodevelopmental differences but also enhance the overall community experience.

By working collaboratively with schools and organizations, we facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing support to build capacity within the community. Team members have provided staff training and professional development to a diverse range of professionals, including educators, support staff, therapists, and healthcare providers. Through interactive workshops, hands-on activities, and evidence-informed approaches, participants learn practical tools and strategies to enhance their effectiveness in supporting individuals with diverse needs across educational, clinical, and community settings.
