Sorcha Parker, a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst since 2009, has worked in Applied Behaviour Analysis since 2007, supporting individuals of all ages with diverse diagnoses. She holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in ABA. Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Sorcha began her career supporting young children and later expanded to support adolescents and adults.
Sorcha has experience in both private and public sectors, providing direct support and family and staff coaching. Since 2010, she has been teaching at the post-secondary level, first with the University of New Brunswick and the now with the Nova Scotia Community College. Passionate about neurodiverse-affirming, person-directed care, she values interdisciplinary collaboration and prioritizes authentic relationships to enhance individuals’ quality of life.
In her off time, Sorcha can be found lost in a good book, making memories with her family, and embracing a life of chaotic joy with four children.
